Timely: the UHSP Campus Event Management System

Book a space using Timley 

Timely is available as an app in Microsoft My Apps. Note: There are two different Tinmley apps; one is to view the UHSP Event Calendar which includes all events taking place on campus and the second one is to request a space on campus for your events.

Academic & Research Building (ARB)

Reservable Rooms: ARB 303 ARB Study Space

  • Reservation Length: up to 3 hours

  • How to Reserve: in Timley, under 'Request a Room or Campus Space'

Classrooms:

  • Students are welcome to study in classrooms when classes are not scheduled.

  • 30-person classrooms are open 24/7, while the larger classrooms (ARB 111, 212, and 449) are closed at 9 PM each weekday to ensure housekeeping has the proper time to clean those large spaces. 

Library

The Library is located in the Academic & Research Building

First Floor

  • Quiet group and individual study space

Second Floor

  • Silent individual study space, with multiple individual carrels and seating

Collection Space (the areas with the bookshelves)

  • Lower Level: Multiple individual carrels for silent study

  • Mezzanine: 4 individual carrels for silent study (accessible through the back stairs or Library elevator)

Jones Hall

Classrooms (walk-in use): 

  • Students are welcome to study in classrooms when classes are not scheduled. Classrooms can't be reserved in Timely.

  • 30-person classrooms are open 24/7, while the larger classrooms (Jones 1390, 1303, 1590, and 1503) are closed at 9 PM each weekday to ensure housekeeping has the proper time to clean those large spaces.

Recreation & Student Center (RAS)

Walk in-spaces: Lounges on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors

  • Study by yourself or with a friend in one of the communal lounges in RAS. These spaces are available 24/7.
