To ensure these areas remain quiet spaces to study, we ask you to keep conversations to a minimum when walking through the Library.
On the library homepage, scroll down the page and look for the Reserve a Room heading.
Click the Reserve a Room link to go to the Bookings page.
Select a room and scroll down to see available dates and times. If you don't see any days or times available, refresh the page.
Select the starting time for your three-hour reservation
Enter your first and last name along with your UHSP email address
After submitting your reservation, you will get a confirmation email.
At the start of your reservation, go to the Library Services Desk and show the staff your confirmation email
Library Staff will check out the key to your room for 3 hours
At the end of your 3-hour reservation, you will need to...
Wipe down the table with cleaning supplies in the room
Return the key to the Library Services Desk (fees will be charged to your student account if the key is late or lost)
